Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver Zahrene orders to every city in Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.

Delivery fees

Delivery is free on all orders and all products within Saudi Arabia, with no minimum order.

Delivery times

Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 working days and arrive within 2–5 working days of dispatch. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons and sales, or for reasons outside our control; we will let you know about any delay.

Cash on delivery

You can pay in cash when your order arrives, or pay by card at our secure checkout. Please have the amount ready and make sure your phone number and address are correct, as the courier may call before arriving.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we send the shipping details and tracking number by SMS or email. For any questions, message us on WhatsApp.

Undelivered orders

If delivery is not possible after attempts to contact you, or an order is refused on arrival without reason, the order may be cancelled.
